  I can tell you the ladies who answer the phone are helpful , nice and top notch but as for Frank Lee Evans their adjuster he lacks continuity in what he tells you he is going to do , empathy for what your going through and is not helpful when trying to understand the process. If you need help in understanding the numbers call the ladies Frank will be-little you and if you ask for Bruce he is never available when I called , never , ever always the ladies diverted me. I learned this too recently , if you are not happy request a new adjuster because you can . I learned a lot for future reference I wont have to go through again.
